Rêverie Santé is in a pre-launch phase. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you join the Founding Patient List, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, mobile number (optional), state, the general areas of interest you select, whether you agreed to receive text messages, and how you found us (for example, a business card QR code). We do not ask for — and ask you not to submit — medical history or other health information through this website.
How we use it
- To send launch announcements, early-access scheduling information, and invitations to educational events and programs.
- To understand general interest so we can plan services and events.
- To send text messages only if you opted in. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and communicate with you (such as our website host and email tools), and only for those purposes, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or ask us to update or delete your information by emailing olga@reveriesante.com.
Not medical care
Joining our list does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Please do not use this website or email for medical questions or emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
